Not completely satisfied with your new purchase?
In the event that the product is received in the following condition:
- Container is damaged and product has leaked out;
- Container is half full;
- Container is empty.
Newlook International New Zealand will fully replace the damaged product at no extra cost.
Requests for replacement of damaged goods must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of delivery.
- Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Returns may be made in any of our stores nationwide, or by post to an address below.
- Items returned by post are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packaged securely. We recommend using tracked mail.
- All refunds will be credited back onto the original method of payment.
- We will refund your items at the price you purchased them at. This includes sale items.
- Your refund will not include shipping costs.
- We’ll notify you via e-mail once the return arrives back to us. Please allow 7 working days from this date for the refund to show on your statement.
- If the item is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll arrange the return at our cost.
